Sawmill Pottery is proud to host a Student Show & Sale, Saturday, April 9th from 11am-4pm. Work by pottery students of all ages and levels will be on display and for sale. Demonstrations will be given throughout the day and light refreshments will be served. Work by sixteen Sawmill Pottery students will be represented, featuring mostly decorative functional pieces–designed to be used but that will enhance any dining table or home décor. This is a great time to purchase fairly priced original artwork… and perhaps take home a treasure by the next up-and-coming potter of note. It’s also an opportunity to see a working pottery studio in action, including demonstrations of wheel throwing and hand building techniques.
