PRESS RELEASE: A one-night only gallery opening of 200 new paintings and drawings by Chicago artist Rebecca George. Exhibition designed by Beth Borum. Co-curated by Arthur Connor, Christine Connor, Mary Dorrell, JoAnn Hayden and Ken Hogrefe.
Rebecca George is a professional artist and faculty at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, The University of Chicago, and Founder/Director of The Art House. Rebecca received a BFA from Maryland Institute, College of Art, a MS in Business from Spertus Institute and an MFA in Painting and Drawing from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Rebecca is active in the art community, regularly actively exhibiting her work, teaching and curating. Rebecca George has been featured in many publications including the Chicago Sun-Times, Gaper’s Block, Parallel Planets and Les Femmes Folles Anthology.
