Art bridges culture, language and outlooks. And this month at the Artists’ Cooperative Gallery of Westerly, it even bridges state lines. Welcome to the 19th Annual Regional Art Exhibit. It’s a juried show of fine art and crafts by artists from all over the Northeast – and it’s the gallery’s largest, most diverse show of the year. This year, the Artists’ Cooperative is honored to have Guido Caraycochea and Jose Ulloa, directors of the Expressiones Gallery and Cultural Center in New London, CT, as jurors. Opening reception, Wednesday, May 2nd from 5 – 8 pm. During the Awards ceremony, exceptional fine art and crafts will be recognized in various categories. Six cash prizes will be awarded.
