The Board of Directors of the Marlborough Arts Center is hosting a Welcome Reception for All Members on Friday, February 8, 2013 from 7-8:30 p.m. as a way to say “Thank You” for all their support. And to distribute the 2013 Membership Directories to each member present. This first directory is an initiative to help members keep in touch throughout the year, not just occasionally at special events. Even members might be surprised to see how many people are members and the wide variety of their artistic fields.
There will be refreshments and background music in the Art Gallery at 231 North Main Street during the Members’ Reception. We hope every one of our members will come, enjoy the warmth of each other’s company in our beautiful Art Gallery, and meet Christine Corcoran, Membership Chairperson and hostess for this event. Marlborough Arts Center’s President, Fran Terase, and members of the Board of Directors will also be present to greet everyone. Some artist members will be exhibiting their art on the walls and the holiday spirit will still be in the air.
