Art & Affirmations Workshop

A Workshop to encourage a positive, fulfilling Year

Saturday Feb.11th 10:30am-2:30pm

This one day workshop allows you to explore a variety of materials (from paint to collage) to create an expressive accordion book of affirming thoughts. The New Year is the perfect time to reflect and envision what you would like to see in your life. We will explore how affirmations can change the way you think and enable you to achieve what you have always wanted for yourself. The affirmations you create will then be incorporated into a lovely book you will use to manifest goodness for yourself throughout the year.

This small group setting will provide a safe, creative environment supporting and fostering sharing. No artistic experience necessary. Materials fee is included in the price but students are welcome to bring their favorite materials, papers, paints, brushes, etc…of their choice.

At the end of the day, you will have created a personal book to you to lead you into the new year.
