A.I.R. Gallery invites you to participate in our yearly benefit postcard show!

Wish You Were Here 13
Exhibition Dates: June 26 – July 20, 2014
Opening Reception: Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 6-9pm

Last year’s exhibition featured original works by more than 300 artists including such notable artists as Harriet Shorr and Nancy Davidson. This year we hope you will join us in our mission to provide leadership and community to women in the arts by exhibiting your work in Wish You Were Here 13. Artists of all mediums including writers and musicians are encouraged to donate!

**All the proceeds of this exhibition help fund the programs at A.I.R. Gallery, including our Fellowship Program for under represented and emerging women artists.

**ENTRY IS FREE & ALL WORKS ARE ACCEPTED!

DIRECTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION: please read carefully

-Create a wall mountable artwork that is 4″ x 6″
-If your artwork is NOT made of card-stock or a similar thin material, please wire the back so that we can hang it on the wall with a nail or hook.
-Print the following information on the back of each card:

Name
Title
Medium
Year
Phone Number and/or Email

-Each donated card will be labeled and a list of participating artists will be made available to gallery visitors.
-All postcards will be priced at $45 including New York State sales tax.
-This year all sales will be CASH or CREDIT & CARRY only.

PLEASE NOTE:

-ONLY ONE POSTCARD BY EACH ARTIST WILL BE ACCEPTED
-We will NOT accept diptychs & triptychs this year.
-Work LARGER than 4″ x 6″ will NOT be exhibited
-Work that DOES NOT include the information listed above on the back of the card WILL NOT be exhibited

DELIVERY OF WORK:

-Delivery deadline: Friday, June 6th, 2014 before 6pm
-Please mail or hand-deliver in an envelope to:

RETURN OF UNSOLD WORK:

-Enclose a SASE for the return of your submission for U.S. submissions ONLY
-Postcards from outside of the U.S. can NOT be mailed back

-Pick up your submission at A.I.R. Gallery no later than Friday September 12th 2014
-Submissions not picked up by September 12, 2014 will become the property of A.I.R. NO EXCEPTIONS!
