THEME: Your creative process is what makes your style unique. As an option for this show you may choose to leave part of your piece unfinished to give a peek into your personal artistic process, a hint of how your work evolves. This is not mandatory.

MEDIUMS: Open to any two-dimensional media, (painting, drawing, original fine art prints, photography, collage etc). Original work only, no reproductions.

SUBMISSIONS: A minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 JPEGS may be submitted online.

AWARDS:‘Best in Show’ winner will receive a seven-day stay in East End Arts’ Artist Residence near Hamptons’ museums and galleries, plus $1,000 and inclusion in a group show at The Peter Marcelle Project, art gallery in Southampton NY. Winner will also receive 100 postcards announcing the show which will feature the image of her/his artwork.

SIZE: Maximum 30″ wide x 30″ high, including the frame.

ABOUT THE JURORS: Gerald Peters owns the prestigious Gerald Peters Gallery at 24 E. 78th Street, New York, and a gallery by the same name in Sante Fe, NM. Peter Marcelle is the Director of the Gerald Peters Gallery in New York and owns The Peter Marcelle Project in Southampton, NY. CALENDAR: Deadline for online submissions is April 8, 2014. Late submission deadline is April 15, 2014 (additional $15 late fee.) Submissions will be accepted between now and the deadline. Artists will be notified of the jurors’ decisions on or before June 4. If accepted please follow the presentation and shipping rules as specified on our website. FEES:There will be a $45 entry fee payable at the time of online submission. Each artist may enter up to 5 jpeg images for consideration. The late submission entry fee is $60.

OPENING RECEPTION will be held on Friday, August 8, 5 – 7 PM at the East End Arts Gallery, located at 133 E. Main Street, Riverhead, NY 11901.
