In each of four regularly scheduled shows, the gallery features one to two selected photographers as “portfolioX2 exhibitors.” During the exhibition, their portfolios are displayed in two ways: via jpg images presented in a slide show format on an HD monitor hanging in the gallery and via prints on a stand below the monitor. Press releases and other forms of marketing include portfolioX2 exhibitors. After the exhibition, if desired, the artists’ prints will be retained in the gallery’s flat files. Calls for Work are open to all photographers internationally. All processes and techniques are welcomed. The theme of each call for portfolioX2 work is directly related to the scheduled exhibition.
