Entry Fee:
Artists may submit up to 5 works for a non-refundable submission fee of $25.

Eligibility:
Amateur and professional artists 18 years and older as well as outsider art galleries, within the US are welcome to apply. Work must be in the spirit and aesthetic of outsider, visionary, self-taught, folk and instinctual art.

Specifications:
All media in 2D, 3D and performance forms will be considered. All 2D work must be suitably framed and have all hardware ready for hanging. 3D work may require pedestal for display supplied by the artist.

A maximum of 5 entries per artist may be submitted for consideration. Artists must submit work in .jpeg format. Jpeg files MUST be pictures of actual work to be submitted. *Performance artists must submit video preview of work to be performed in .avi format.

Limit 1 jpeg per artwork. Please limit image size to no more than 5 mb. Title each jpeg file to correspond with the # on the entry form as such: yourlastname_entry#.jpg

Publicity:
The St. Louis Outsider Art Fair and its sponsors reserve the right to photograph and reproduce, in color or black & white, all artworks accepted for this exhibition, regardless of copyright, for educational and/or publicity purposes.

Sales:
Participating artists are solely responsible for handling payments.

Delivery & Pick-Up
Accepted works are to be hand-delivered or shipped in reusable crates/cartons. Include with each accepted work two cards listing Name, Address, Phone, Title, Media, Dimensions, and Price. Attach one of these cards to the back or base of the work. Submit the other card at the time of delivery.

Any shipped work must include prepaid charges for return shipping. Shipped artwork submitted without pre-paid return shipping labels will be disposed of at the close of the exhibition. Hand delivered work must be picked up no later at the Koken Art Factory’s Pingle Building on Tuesday, May 6. If work remains after the close of pick-up on May 6, it will become the property of the St. Louis Outsider Art Fair to dispose of as it sees fit.
