The Green River Mural Committee hereby requests proposals for design and installation services for a new art mural to be located at 55 W Flaming Gorge Way. Scope of Work: An artist, muralist, or team, is needed to develop and install an artistic mural on the entirety of the eastern wall of the CenturyLink building in downtown Green River, WY. This project will add a large and highly visible piece of art to downtown Green River, create excitement and beauty for the community, and enhance the experience of downtown for locals and visitors. The  Artwork must fit into the culture and history of Green River and Southwest Wyoming.

Budget: Project budget will vary on a case-by-case basis and will be determined by considerations of size, location, materials, installation tools and equipment required, private or public ownership, and other project specific factors. A final budget must be approved by Green River URA Main Street Agency
before the project can proceed.
