Unlike traditional galleries, EmergentGrid is aimed to create an Online to Offline Art Space for emergent artistes from all over the world to spark awareness in the China focused art markets. As China and Beijing Art heritage is well known, EmergentGrid is focusing on giving international and Chinese artist specializing in photography and painting a new experience to trigger their imagination and keep the Spirit of creativity alive.

Originated from the reminiscent of postcard art shows of the 1980’s, EmergentGrid represents a snapshot of a current moment in art history when digital imaging has reached the hands of the many, an age where culture belongs to the online bloggers around the globe. From Thailand to Texas, beautiful to banal and beyond the monumental quantity and variety of “EmergentGird” becomes an aesthetic experience where each individual piece ads to an agglomerative effect that has a life of its own.

An unique theme is curated every month, international artists can expose and compete for the best artwork, the juror will choose artworks from the top 10 winners to be published on Apple iBooks store, and the selected monthly best artworks will be issued as printed catalogues. By the end of each year, EmergentGrid will organize an actual expo gallery ( offline )where all winners’ work will be exposed.
