The Green Bay Public Arts Commission (GBPAC) is accepting submissions on a rolling basis for their new Rotating Art Program (RAP) taking place within the city of Green Bay. The GBPAC will be installing at least four 5′ x 5′ concrete foundations throughout the city to serve as platforms for temporarily installed works of public art.

Each site is in a heavily trafficked area and is highly visible.
Accepted applicants will receive a $300 stipend to help facilitate the installation and deaccession of the work. The rotation period is one year from the installation date. While on display, the installed artwork will have the option of being for sale at an 8% commission fee to the GBPAC.
