humbleDeity and DragonFLY Gallery Present EMERGENT!, a one night pop-up show. This is an opportunity for emerging artists to hang their work, connect with other artists, and add to their CV!
Everyone is encouraged to apply, but this show will take BIPOC and LGBTQ+ artists into special consideration.

There is no theme. Artists may submit between 1 and 5 works. Not all works submitted will be accepted. If accepted, artists will be responsible for drop-off and pickup of their work. Artwork should be ready to hang. If work is unframed or has non-traditional hardware, special display materials (i.e. clips, pins…) should be provided by the artist.

Due to spatial considerations in the gallery, this show is looking for 2-D works exclusively (paintings, drawings, works on paper, etc..). Considerations may be made on a case-by-case basis for 3-D works such as flat hanging sculpture works and fiber/fabric works.

Artists are responsible for work drop off and installation. Drop-off and installation is from 5-5:30pm on December 6th. Please allow sufficient time before the event starts for installation (30-60 min). Work must be removed upon the conclusion of the evening.

There is NO storage at DragonFLY Gallery for unclaimed work.

● There is NO APPLICATION FEE!
However, if your work is accepted there is an entry fee of $15.
You do not have to pay this fee unless you are notified that your work will be included in the show.
● Artists will be notified by January 12th, 2024.

Once notified, the entry fee must be paid by January 19th, 2024.
