Like the rest of the world, artists were also forced to shelter-in-place during the COVID-19 pandemic. We invite you to share your creations during shelter-in-place in our upcoming exhibition “CREATE-IN-PLACE”.
This juried exhibition will be displayed in coordination with Water Street Studios’ 11th Anniversary Show scheduled for September 2020.

How to Submit:
Become a Member or pay submission fee (link above) to participate (those who do not will not be considered for this exhibition).

Submit no more than 3 pieces of artwork to via email at [email protected].

Image files must be high-resolution and in .jpeg or .png format.

Include separate document (.doc format) with the following information for each of the pieces submitted (all information below must be provided for each individual piece or your submission will not be accepted):

Title of Piece

Artist Name

Medium

Dimensions

Price (please mark NFS if the piece is not for sale)

2-4 sentence artist statement/description of artwork

Optional: link to your website, if applicable.

Additional Information
All artwork submitted must be created in response to or during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please submit high-resolution photos of your artwork for this exhibition.

Artwork submitted by non-members without the submission fee will not be considered.

We recommend submitting artwork priced under $1,500.

Our gallery committee will contact you via email to inform if you’ve been accepted to display your work by July 31, 2020.

All exhibiting artists must completed exhibition agreements at the time of drop off and pick up of artwork.

Accepted artists will receive the exhibition agreement in advance to review.

Water Street Studios will receive a 40% commission for all sales made during exhibition.
*Resident Artists, WSSAC members, and Clay Lab Subscribers commission to Water Street Studios is 30%
