In December 2013, ARC will present “ART/TECH: Interface”

Interface: [n. in-ter-feys; v. in-ter-feys] 1. A common boundary or interconnection between systems, equipment, concepts, or human beings.

The relevance of technology to our culture is undeniable. It has altered and adjusted the way we interact, receive, interpret and share information. Has this changed our perceptions of what art is?

This juried exhibition invites artists to submit work that investigates, discusses, or is influenced by these issues. For example, submitted work can:
• Address the issue of cultural impact as a concept
• Use technology as a medium for a creative concept
• Be directly informed by technology though might not necessarily use technology within the artwork itself or as a sole means of expression.
• Focus on how technology has altered artists’ perception of their vision and work

All media will be considered. Please read the sections on Submission Requirements / How to Submit Work, and Acceptance Requirements before beginning submission process.
