CALL FOR ENTRIES: The prestigious Artists Association of Northern Colorado (AANC) announces an art call for the Association’s inaugural Online Juried Art Competition and Exhibition. The Association invites artists from around the world to make online submissions for entry into the Association’s inaugural 2D (two dimension) online art exhibition. AANC encourages entries from artists regardless of where they reside and regardless of their experience or education in the art field to enter their best works.

Entry Deadline: August 31, 2014
Artwork must be submitted online via the digital entry program Online Juried Shows at www.onlinejuriedshows.com. Instructions for submission can be found on The Image Prep and How this works.

Notification of acceptance emailed…Week of September 22
Dates of the exhibit…October 3 to 31

AWARDS:
Best in Show: $250
$100 First Place Awards in the following categories
1. Painting: oil and pastel
2. Painting: acrylic, mixed media and watercolor
3. Photography (traditional)
4. Enhanced digital work from photography
5. Created digital work (no photographic elements)

Honorable Mentions as determined by the juror

Entries juried into the Exhibition will also receive the following:

digital display during First Friday Gallery Walk
separate digital page for the Award Winners and Honorable Mentions
