American Pastoral, a Landscape Show
New Canaan, CT – Entry deadline for online entries and mailed CD entries to the American Pastoral, a Landscape Show in the Betty Barker Gallery is Friday, September 14, 2012. Curator seeks American landscape work in all media, original work only and not previously exhibited at the Carriage Barn. Exhibition dates are October 14 – November 11, 2012. The show is sponsored by the New Canaan Society for the Arts.
A maximum of 5 works per artist will be accepted for a non-refundable fee:
• NCSA members: $20 for 2 and $30 for up to 5 entries.
• Non-members: $35 for 2 and $45 for up to 5 entries. (Note: Join now, and as a member you will be eligible for the fall Members’ Show with no entry fee, and 100% of the proceeds go to the artist. The Carriage Barn Arts Center is a non-profit, member-supported community cultural organization. Exhibitions, lectures, classes, concerts and other events are held in a restored nineteenth century stone barn on the grounds of a former estate, now Waveny Park.
Gallery hours are Wednesday – Sunday from 11 am – 4 pm. The Carriage Barn Arts Center is located in Waveny Park, off South Ave. (Rte. 124), 1/4 mile north of Merritt Parkway Exit 37.
