57th St Art Fair
Entry Deadline: Jan. 15
The 57th Street Art Fair invites you to apply to be part of the historic and beloved event in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood, June 6-7, 2026. The fair, in its 79th year, features a range of original works of art in glass, jewelry, leather, photography, printmaking, painting, sculpture, wood, ceramics and fiber art from artists around the country. The jury is seeking high-quality fine art, created entirely by the artist, one piece at a time. Applications must be received by January 15, 2026 to be considered for the jury.
Known as the Midwest’s oldest and juried art fair, the 57th Street Art Fair attracts almost 200 artists and thousands of attendees year after year. Since its inception, the Fair has always been a not-for-profit run by volunteers from the Hyde Park neighborhood who share a love of art and a desire to support artists. The upcoming two-day fair is scheduled for June 6 and 7, 2026 and headlines Chicago’s busiest festival season.
The fair provides an outstanding opportunity for exhibiting artists to sell to thousands of enthusiastic shoppers and also offers a virtual gallery via www.57thstreetartfair.org that directs online consumers to participating artists’ website and social networks to purchase. In addition, artists will be promoted via the Fair’s social media channels with regular postings that feature profiles, interviews, studio tours, and more.
