WAAM is excited to announce its fourth annual medium-based exhibition, Wax Works. We invite artists to submit their work that showcases the diverse possibilities of wax. This includes encaustic and cold wax techniques, as well as innovative approaches that incorporate experimental techniques, mixed media, and alternative processes. We welcome submissions that explore a variety of themes and concepts, whether through striking compositions, conceptual narratives, or abstract interpretations. Artists are encouraged to push boundaries and experiment with the medium in creative ways, blending wax with other materials or processes to create unique pieces.
