The $3,000 prize from the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University honors the best documentary writing and photography in alternating years. The focus is on current or recently completed work (within the last two years). This year’s prize is for photography.
The winner will have a feature story in the Center for Documentary Studies’ digital publications, and their work will be placed in the Archive of Documentary Arts at the Rubenstein Library at Duke University.
