Sagamore Hotel Miami Beach returns to Miami Art Week for the 16th year, celebrating its claim to fame as a “hot-spot” for artists, collectors, and exhibitors from around the globe. This year, the hotel will continue the tradition with its ongoing series #SagamoreisArt, presenting URBAN LEGENDS, a curated selling exhibit showcasing the works of iconic and emerging urban artists that will remain on display from December 4, 2017 – January 4, 2018.

During Miami Art Week, Sagamore will showcase some of today’s most influential names in the urban art community through an ongoing exhibit and live happenings. The artists exhibited will include ABSTRK, Bambi, Banksy, Jean-Michel Basquiat, MrD1987, D*Face, Demsky, Faile, Romain Froquet, Inkie, Invader, Joe Iurato, Kaws, Kan, Keith Haring, L’Atlas, Logan Hicks, Spok, Miss Tic, Obey, Zeus, and many more in partnership with numerous international art galleries, and curated by Sebastien Laboureau. In addition, the hotel will showcase an exceptional mural attributed to Banksy compliments of FAAM, entitled “Cave Man,” a wall presenting an iconic visual, painted in LA in 2008.

The URBAN LEGEND exhibit will be open for one month, to the public, welcoming guests to peruse the art at their leisure 24/7 with complimentary admission or can arrange for a private tour with the hotel’s resident art advisor, by appointment only. Most pieces will also be available to purchase.
