Using a variety of techniques and materials from staining and sewing paper to mixing wet and dry media, Rich Curtis creates unique drawings and paintings. The work is narrative in nature, subjects range from everyday to the exotic. However, the artist maintains a narrative quality to the images. The Gallery is open on week-ends from 1-5 PM. No appointment necessary.

Rich Curtis, MFA, is a graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago. While working from his studio in Boston, GA he teaches at Thomas University in Thomasville, GA. Previously he worked for the Alabama’s Birmingham and Huntsville Museums. Curtis has received numerous Residency Grants and has conducted workshops and lectures throughout the US and abroad.
