Atlanta Photography Group announces “Second Act”, an exhibition featuring artist Myrtie Cope’s interiors of landmark theatres: the Fox in Atlanta and the Tivoli in Chattanooga. Cope’s black and white photographs are rich with the uniquely seductive light that fills these grand architectural beauties. The expansive spaces speak of monumentality and her attention to detail expresses a delicate eloquence that viewers will find mesmerizing.
“Second Act” opens on May 11 at the Atlanta Photography Group Gallery –Tula Arts Center. The reception is from 6 – 9pm and is free and open to the public.
