Photographer Phyllis Crowley presents PARTIAL VISION: BLIZZARD featuring provocative images of blizzards distorted and diffused through icy, frosty and dripping car windows. Her work will be on view at City Gallery from Thursday, May 31 – Sunday, June 24 with an Opening Reception on Sunday, June 3 from 4-6pm. Free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
