Ollies in historic downtown Wake Forest, NC is seeking submissions for the Juried Small Works Art Exhibition “Thinking Big.” This exhibit will run from May 18-June 16. This is a national juried art show of 2-D visual art showcasing works on a small scale in a variety of mediums and styles that create a big impact. Accepted works will include oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, drawing, illustration, mixed media 2-D, printmaking (No nudity, photography, jewelry, digital or video art). All work must be original (no reproductions). Exhibition to be jurored by Dan Nelson, of Daniel Nelson Fine Art & America’s Premier Live Event Painter. Opening Ceremony & Awards May 19, 4-7 p.m. Cash Awards for Best in Show ($300), Second Place ($200), Third Place $100) & Honorable Mention ($50). Entry Fee: $20 (1-3 works) or $35 (1-6 works). Deadline: April 29, 2018.
