You may submit up to three pieces of artwork for exhibition in our galleries, 111 Main Street, Southbridge, MA. The exhibit will open on Sunday, June 3rd with a Reception from 2-4pm and the final day of the show will be Sunday, June 30th.

There is no fee to enter, BUT you must be a Member of the QVCAH and have your dues for the 2017-18 Fiscal Year up-to-date. If you have joined and paid for your membership sometime between last June and the end of this June, you are covered for the exhibit; if you are a former Member or if you want to become a new Member, we would be happy to accept your application that you may show your work.

Please submit work that is ready to hang, i.e. wired and labeled on the back. If entering sculpture, please contact us as soon as possible with the dimensions of the work so that we are able to arrange the best platform or podium for your pieces. Be aware that insurance for the work is the responsibility of the artist; we do have a security system. Please let us know with a phone call or email if you are interested in participating, at which time we will send you the two forms you will need to complete and deliver with your artwork. We will be accepting artwork for the exhibit on the following days:

Friday, May 25th, 4-6pm; Saturday, May 26th, 12-2pm
